Release of Liability
Genesis Dance Conservatory, its venue, and instructors are not responsible for any injuries incurred on our or our affiliate’s property. In addition, I also acknowledge that this agreement will encompass myself, my heirs, and any friends or family that may visit the premises. In recognition that dance and cheer are physical activities that could result in injury, I further agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and hold harmless Genesis Dance Conservatory, Bethany Winslow, and Scott Henry from all liability should any injury occur.
Media Release Policy
From time to time, class photos or videos are taken of the students during class and may be used for educational and advertising purposes through social media and other advertising mediums.
Upon registering for a class, students and parents realize that tuition is charged monthly. A one-time registration fee of $15 (single student) or $30 (family) is charged. If you are re-registering or continuing on in classes form the previous term, a registration fee is not charged.
Student and parents realize that tuition can be paid either in-studio (cash or card only) or through the link that is sent out with monthly invoices to everyone with an email on file. Any tuition received after the first of the month (not the first class of the month) is subject to a $15 late fee.
Holiday and Class Make-Up Policy
Holidays are already factored into monthly tuition, as some months will have 5 weeks of classes rather than 4. Please note that if you or your child misses a class, tuition will not be reduced or pro-rated in the following months. A makeup class must be scheduled in another age appropriate style within a month of the missed class date. If you are unable to attend a makeup class in person, please email Bethany for login instructions for our video makeup lessons to watch and dance along at home!
Students and parents also agree that if tuition is outstanding by more than one calendar month, that student will not be able to participate in any classes until his or her account balance is brought up to $0.
