Genesis Dance Conservatory Staff

Bethany Henry
Bethany Henry is the owner and artistic director of Genesis Dance Conservatory. She began dancing in high school with her sister, and she has since studied ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, modern, lyrical, street jazz, acro, and ballroom dance. She has had the opportunity to train with former Denver Nuggets dancer & YouTube sensations, Emily Sasson and Victoria Quintana, TapDogs cast members Donovan Helma & Jacob Stonebreaker, and Broncos cheerleader Margaret Foy. Bethany has also danced and performed with the dance department at Pikes Peak Community College, and was a top 100 dancer in preliminary auditions for Season 14 of So You Think You Can Dance. She considers dancing to be her greatest passion. She regularly encourages her students to dance for fun, from the heart, and with commitment.

Scott Henry
Scott Henry is Genesis Dance Conservatory's Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, and Creative Coordinator. He can be found assisting parents with any questions they might have, building competition/recital props, and handling any new piece of technology for the studio.

Kaela Apuron
Nikki B
Nikki has a love for children and works as a preschool teacher assistant during the day. She has been teaching dance to preschool aged children for about 8 years, and has been involved with cheer for over 20 years! She was a cheerleader while younger and has coached cheer for schools and dance studios for the last 8 years.

Danielle Grimaldo
Danielle began her dancing career as a child, and joined her high school dance team where she danced for four years, focusing on street jazz and hip hop. Upon graduating high school Danielle began coaching the dance team; choreographing competition dances and half-time dances primarily in Jazz and Hip hop. Danielle is a Universal Dance Association certified dance coach as well as a National Dance Alliance certified dance coach. In the ten years of coaching high school dance, the team has placed in top 5 in many local competitions, and placed top 10 at National level competitions. Danielle has three children, 2 of which are current competition dancers at Genesis Dance Conservatory.
