Dancers who were enrolled in at least one class in Summer 2021 do not need to pay a registration fee.

Release of Liability
Genesis Dance Conservatory, its venues, staff, and instructors are not responsible for any injuries incurred on our or our affiliate’s property. In addition, I also acknowledge that this agreement will encompass myself, my heirs, and any friends or family that may visit the premises. In recognition that dance, acro, and cheer are physical activities that could result in injury, I further agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and hold harmless Genesis Dance Conservatory and all staff and instructors from all liability should any injury occur.
Media Release Policy
From time to time, class photos or videos are taken of the students during class and may be used for educational and advertising purposes through social media and other advertising mediums.
Tuition Policy
Upon registering for a class, a one-time registration fee of $20 (single student) or $35 (family) is charged. If you are continuing on in classes from the previous term, the registration fee is waived.
Tuition can be paid either in-studio (cash only) or through monthly email invoices provided through Square. Any tuition received after the first of the month (not the first class of the month) is subject to a $15 late fee. Parents may elect to keep a card on file with Square for automatic tuition payments. Cards on file will be charged on the 1st of each month. Any account with a card that is returned will be charged a $20 insufficient funds fee.
If tuition is outstanding by more than one calendar month, that student will not be able to participate in any classes until his or her account balance is brought up to $0.
Holiday and Class Make-Up Policy
Holidays are already factored into monthly tuition, as some months will have 5 weeks of classes rather than 4. Please note that if you or your child misses a class, a makeup class must be scheduled in another age-appropriate style within one calendar month of the missed class date.
Refund Policy
Class tuition may be refunded or partially refunded in the event of a dancer injury with doctor's note that does not permit a makeup class within one month of the injury.
Class tuition will never be refunded or partially refunded if the dancer drops a class and/or leaves the studio.
All apparel, dancewear, and shoes are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
