Genesis Dance Conservatory, its venue, and instructors are not responsible for any injuries incurred on your property, our property, or our affiliate’s properties. In addition, I also acknowledge that this agreement will encompass myself, my heirs, and any friends or family that may visit the premises or anyone participating in live classes or video lessons at home. In recognition that dance is a physical activity that could result in injury, I further agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and hold harmless Genesis Dance Conservatory, Bethany Henry, Scott Henry, Danielle Grimaldo, Erin Savage, and Kaela Apuron from all liability should any injury occur.
